Daphne Gregory-Thomas is an award-winning writer and educator. As an educator, she pioneered programs for neurodivergent students that changed lives and laws. Her work was featured in a Barbara Koppel documentary Learning For Life: Kids With Learning Differences. After years of writing school reports, Daphne discovered her new writing heartbeat in the Memorial Sloan Kettering Visible Ink Writing Program for Patients. Her essays have been published in various journals, literary magazines and anthologies. Daphne is currently working on a memoir about her years in education and the courageous students who fought for their right to be seen.
